Event description

The Canyons 100 mile race is a point to point uphill run from Auburn to China Wall with 24,000' of vertical gain along the Western States Trail and other classic trails. For the 100K, experience some of the most scenic and challenging sections of the iconic Western States Trail as you cover up to 16,000' through the Canyons between Devil's Thumb and the famous river crossing at Rucky Chucky. The 50k will start and finish in downtown Auburn, from Robie point to Driver's Flat and return along the Foresthill Divide Loop with a fast-rolling course that will capture the spirit and origins of trail running in the Sierras of CA.
